1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ArchPlug Hub, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services or installing our plugins.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. License and Usage

Our plugins are provided under a strict one-time purchase license unless otherwise stated. This license grants you the right to use the software on up to two (2) machines per user. Redistribution, unauthorized sharing, or reselling of our software is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate license termination.

4. Free Trial

All paid plugins include a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. The trial period begins when you first activate the plugin. After the trial expires, a license purchase is required to continue using the plugin.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by PayPal. By completing a purchase, you agree to PayPal’s User Agreement. ArchPlug Hub (operated by Andrija Banjevic) is the seller of record for all purchases. PayPal does not provide customer support for our products — for any order-related issues, please contact us directly at archplug.rs@gmail.com. Prices are shown in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable in your jurisdiction.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date at archplug.rs@gmail.com for a full refund, no questions asked.

7. EU Consumers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. However, by downloading or activating the plugin, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon download or activation. If you have not yet downloaded or activated the plugin, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us at archplug.rs@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.

8. Lifetime Updates

“Lifetime updates” means you will receive all software updates released for your purchased plugin at no additional cost, for as long as ArchPlug Hub continues to publish updates for that plugin. We make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with current Revit versions (2022–2026). ArchPlug Hub reserves the right to discontinue a plugin with 90 days’ notice, in which case a pro-rated refund may be offered at our discretion.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The plugins are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the plugins will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

ArchPlug Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data or profit) resulting from your use of or inability to use our plugins or services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgrade, Serbia, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

12. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ArchPlug Hub regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
