3. Payment Processing (PayPal) & Third-Party Services

All purchases are processed by PayPal. When you complete a payment, your transaction data (name, email address, and payment details) is handled directly by PayPal. PayPal acts as an independent controller of your personal data processed in connection with payment transactions — this data is governed by PayPal’s Privacy Statement, not by this policy. PayPal may share your name and email with us solely for the purpose of license delivery and order support.

When you play embedded videos on our site, YouTube may set cookies on your device subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.

• Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) — your name and email are required to deliver license keys and provide customer support.
