1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with a plugin for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date at archplug.rs@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. All paid plugins also include a 7-day free trial, so you can evaluate the software before you buy.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at archplug.rs@gmail.com from the address used at purchase and include your order number or the email associated with the purchase. You do not need to provide a reason. We aim to review and approve eligible requests within 2 business days.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Where a purchase is processed by our Merchant of Record, the refund is issued through that payment provider on our instruction. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take up to 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. We do not charge any processing fee for refunds.

4. Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans, you may cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again after cancellation. If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 30 days of that charge at archplug.rs@gmail.com and we will refund it.

5. EU Consumers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. However, by downloading or activating the plugin, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon download or activation. If you have not yet downloaded or activated the plugin, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us at archplug.rs@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.
