Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any plugin from ArchPlugin Hub ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our software.

License Grant

Upon purchase or trial activation, ArchPlugin Hub grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the software on your own machine(s) for your personal or professional use.

• Paid licenses are per-user. You may install on up to 2 machines belonging to the same user.
• Trial licenses are valid for 7 days from the date of installation.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the software to third parties.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or modify any license notices or proprietary markings
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose
• Share your license key or trial access with others

7-Day Free Trial

The trial version is fully functional for 7 days. After the trial period expires, the software will cease to function until a valid license is purchased. No credit card is required to start a trial.

Compatibility

Our plugins are designed to work with Autodesk Revit versions 2021 through 2025. We do not guarantee compatibility with future Revit versions, though we make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the software is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArchPlugin Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

Updates

Purchased licenses include all future updates to the same major version of the plugin at no additional charge.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ArchPlugin Hub operates.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
