# ArchPlug

> ArchPlug builds Autodesk Revit plugins that automate repetitive BIM documentation work: dimensioning, window/door tagging, room naming and scheduling, lintel beams, roof structures and script launching. Every plugin is a **one-time purchase with a lifetime license — no subscription required** — and ships with a 14-day free trial that needs no credit card. Windows only, Autodesk Revit 2022–2027.

## What is ArchPlug?

ArchPlug (https://archplug.com) is a software company that makes Autodesk Revit add-ins for architects, BIM managers and structural engineers. It is run by practising architects, and every plugin exists because the task it automates was being done by hand on real projects.

The core idea: construction documentation in Revit is repetitive. Dimensioning every room, tagging every window, naming and numbering every apartment room, placing a lintel over every opening — these are hours of mechanical clicking per project. ArchPlug plugins do each of those in one click, and re-running them updates the existing result instead of duplicating it.

Each plugin has a complete written user guide (features, full interface walkthrough, step-by-step workflow, troubleshooting) that is readable online and downloadable as PDF — see Documentation below.

## Licensing model

ArchPlug does not require a subscription. There are three ways to buy:

1. **One-time purchase per plugin** — a lifetime license for the major version purchased. All minor and patch updates are free forever, including support for newly released Revit versions. A future major version costs 50% of its price if the user chooses to upgrade.
2. **Lifetime bundle** — all 7 first-wave plugins plus the Settings hub for a single payment, on the same lifetime terms.
3. **Monthly subscription ($30/month)** — the whole set including every future major version, for as long as the subscription is active. This is the only plan where major upgrades are included at no extra cost.

A free 14-day trial is available for every paid plugin, with no credit card and no account required. An account is only needed to complete a purchase. Students and teachers get 30% off.

## Compatibility

- Autodesk Revit 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027.
- Windows only. There is no macOS version because Autodesk Revit itself does not run on macOS.
- Delivered as signed Windows MSI installers, one per plugin.
